Not intuitive at all

I am an old user of Quicken from back in the 1990s, when Quicken for windows was really the only game in town. The big buzz is now all about downloading your transactions. I down loaded mine and found that none of the accounts had the balance that I saw on the bank website. It just seems like by now Financial tracking Apps would be much better refined and intuitive. But is seems they are getting worse not better. You would think tracking finances would be a basic operation for a Mac or Windows, however it is not! There should be a guide for the novice getting started like Quicken used to have years ago. I can’t imagine the beginner picking up any of these money apps and in an hour or two having the basic structure of money tracking setup…..Hope for more updates.
