Horrible, inaccurate, useless

This is the worst app I’ve used in years.

1. Every import of an online account is utterly wrong. My import of my investment data is off by tens of thousands of dollars. My checking account import has the wrong current posted balance AND is missing pending transaction. Absolutely all imported data is wrong, and my checking account import also had duplicate entries.

2. Nothing is explained in the manual that you have to hunt down on the publisher’s website, and what they do explain seems to assume you already understand how the program operates. Completely useless.

3. The app seems to assume you are going to enter every transaction in every account by hand. This is the complete opposite of the purpose in having an app at all.

4. The entire interface is grossly counterintuitive. It’s a joke. Right-clicking on the account doesn’t show the “Edit account” option?? I have to go into the menus for the most obvious ability to edit the account?

5. The app doesn’t remember your online passwords: e-v-e-r-y s-i-n-g-l-e t-i-m-e you want to update your transactions the thing asks for the password for every online account. If you use strong passwords, this is a very tedious endeavor.
